Shipping Policy.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 3-6 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 3-6 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 5 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 3 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Delivery policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for compensation or replacement. Strugala does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

Delivery claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Strugala does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect ourselves, Strugala reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Strugala reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Return Policy.

We always want to make sure that you are completely delighted with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our company we do not accept returns. For any questions please contact info@strugalathelabel.com. A representative will reach out to you within 24 hours of your request to assist in processing your return.

Exchanged merchandise must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. All garments are inspected upon arrival.

Ready to Wear SS/22 is non refundable.

Bridal gowns are non refundable.
For any adjustments to sizing, please contact us by email.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. In addition, Strugala does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost or stolen.

Exchanges

If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 5 days of delivery date. Item exchanges can be done one time only.


All exchanges for Ready to Wear SS/22 must have tags attached. Once tags are separated from the garment the item is non exchangeable.


Email info@strugalathelabel.com to inquire about a replacement size and/or color from those available. Once we have received your return, we will dispatch your exchange, followed by a Shipping Confirmation email.
